為培養合格的海外中文教師，促進各國中文教育的發展，孔子學院總部繼續設立國際中文教師獎學金（孔子學院獎學金），以下簡稱獎學金，孔子學院、獨立設置的孔子課堂、部分漢語考試考點、外國高校漢語師範/中文院系、國外有關中文教學行業組織、中國駐外使（領）館等（以下簡稱推薦機構）可推薦優秀學生和在職中文教師到中國大學學習。

For the purpose of cultivating qualified International Chinese language teachers and facilitating Chinese language education in other countries, the Confucius Institute Headquarters (CIH) continues with the International Chinese Language Teachers (Confucius Institute) Scholarship, hereinafter referred to as “Scholarship”. Confucius Institutes, independently operated Confucius Classrooms, certain HSK test centers,  Chinese language (education) departments of foreign universities, professional associations for Chinese language instruction of other countries, Chinese embassies (consulates) abroad (collectively “recommending institutions”)may recommend outstanding students and currently-employed Chinese language teachers to study  in Chinese universities and colleges .

 

太阳成集团tyc234cc（以下簡稱為廣外）作為漢語國際教育專業碩士培養單位之一，2020年繼續招收外國學生到我校攻讀漢語國際教育專業碩士學位（孔子學院獎學金項目）。

Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (hereinafter referred to as GDUFS), as one of the units of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (hereinafter referred to as MTCSOL), is now recruiting Confucius Institute Scholarship students in 2020.

一、資助對象

1. 非中國籍人士。

2. 身心健康，品學兼優。

3. 有志于從事中文教育、教學及相關工作。

4. 年齡為 16-35 周歲（統一以 2020 年 9 月 1 日計）。在職中文教師放寬至 45 周歲。

 

☆ ELIGIBILITY

All applicants shall be

1.non-Chinese citizens;

2.In good Physical and mental condition, well performed both academically and behaviorally;

3. Aspired to take future careers on the teaching or international promotion of Chinese language

4. Between the ages of 16-35 on September 1st, 2020. Applicants currently worked as Chinese language teachers shall not exceed the age limit of 45.

 

二、申請條件

1．具有大學本科學曆。

2．漢語考試成績達到HSK（五級）210分、HSKK（中級）60分。

3．提供畢業後拟任教機構工作協議或相關證明者優先。

4．入學時間：2020年9月入學，資助期限為2年。

 

☆ QUALIFICATIONS

All applicants shall be

1.Bachelor degree holders

2.Have a minimum score of 210 in HSK Test (Level 5) as well as 60 in HSKK test (Intermediate Level)

3.Applicants who are able to provide notarized document of the employment agreement or related proofs upon completing study in China are preferred

4.Commences September 2020 and provides scholarship for maximum two academic years

 

三、申請時間及流程

1.申請時間

2020年3月1日-2020年5月10日

2.申請流程

（1）申請者登錄國際中文教師獎學金（孔子學院獎學金）網站（cis.chinese.cn），在線提交申請材料。

（2）廣外将在5月10日前對符合申請條件的申請者進行面試，面試具體時間及形式另行通知。

（3）孔子學院總部委托專家組集中評審：根據HSK、HSKK考分和級别，兼顧國别等因素擇優資助，于入學前3個月完成獎學金評審工作，公布評審結果。

（4）獎學金獲得者與廣外确認辦理來華留學手續,在線打印獲獎證書；按規定時間注冊學籍後享受獎學金待遇。

 

☆ APPLICATION PROCEDURES

1. Application Time

From March 1, 2020 to May 10, 2020.

2. Application Process

(1)Applicants shall log on the International Chinese Language Teachers (Confucius Institute) Scholarship website (cis.chinese.cn) and upload application materials online

(2)Interview will be organized by GDUFS for qualified applicants before 10 May 2020. Applicants will be notified of the specific time for interview.

(3)HANBAN will entrust Expert Group with conducting a centralized evaluation based on HSK, HSKK scores and grades, taking into account factors such as country and so on, and complete the scholarship review and notify the results 3 months before enrollment of the admitted students.

(4) Scholarship holders need to confirm with GDUFS to go through the procedures of studying in China, print out CIS certificate online, and register at GDUFS at the designated date and time as per the letter of admission.

 

四、關于漢語橋獲獎者

在各類漢語橋比賽中獲得2020年度“孔子學院獎學金證書”者，登錄國際中文教師獎學金（孔子學院獎學金）網站，憑獎學金證書向廣外提交申請材料。

☆ CHINESE BRIDGE AWARD RECIPIENT POLICIES

Chinese Bridge winners who have been awarded the 2020 “Confucius Institute Scholarship Certificate” shall log onto the scholarship website and submit documents to relevant GDUFS upon presentation of their CIS certificates. Please contact chinesebridge@hanban.org for inquiry.

 

 

五、其他事宜

1．獎學金獲得者須參加年度評審，詳見《孔子學院獎學金年度評審辦法》。

2．未按時報到、入學體檢不合格、中途退學、休學者，取消獎學金資格。

☆ OTHERS

(1)Scholarship winners shall accept the annual assessment under the Annual Appraisal Procedures of Confucius Institute Scholarship.

(2) Those who failed to register on time, failed to pass the health assessment, dropped out midway and/or suspended will be deprived of scholarship.

國際中文教師獎學金（孔子學院獎學金）申請材料清單

 

1．護照照片頁掃描件。

2．HSK、HSKK成績報告（有效期兩年）掃描件。

3．推薦機構負責人的推薦信。

4．最高學曆證明（畢業預期證明）和在校學習成績單。

5．兩名副教授以上職稱導師的推薦信。提供畢業後拟任教機構工作協議者優先資助。

6．在職中文教師須附上就職機構出具的在職證明和推薦信。

7．未滿18周歲的申請者，須提交在華監護人署名的委托證明文件。

 

Appendix 1

Application Documents for International Chinese Language Teachers

(Confucius Institute) Scholarship

 

1.A Scanned copy of passport photo page.

2.A scanned copy of score reports of the HSK and HSKK tests (within the two-year validity).

3.A Recommendation letter by the head of the recommending institutions.

4.A certification of the highest education diploma (or proof of expected graduation) and an official transcript.

5.Two reference letters from professors or associate professors. Those who can provide a notarized employment agreement with teaching institutions are preferred.

6.Applicants currently worked as Chinese language teachers shall provide the proof of employment as well as a reference letter by the employing institution.

7.Applicants under the age of 18 shall provide certified documents of designation signed by their entrusted legal guardians in China.

 

附件2

國際中文教師獎學金（孔子學院獎學金）資助内容及标準

 

孔子學院獎學金資助内容包括：學費、住宿費、生活費和綜合醫療保險費。

1．學費由學校統籌用于獎學金生的培養與管理，開展文化活動，組織參加漢語考試。學費不包含教材費和旅遊景點門票。

2．住宿費由學校統籌使用，為學生提供免費宿舍，一般為雙人間；經獎學金生申請、學校批準，選擇校外住宿者，由學校按月或季度發放住宿費，标準為700元人民币/月。

3．生活費由學校按月發放，漢語國際教育專業碩士生生活費标準為3000元人民币/月。

獎學金生按學校錄取通知書規定的時間入學報到，否則取消獎學金資格。9月15日（含15日）前到校注冊者，當月發放全額生活費；15日以後注冊者，當月發放半月生活費。

獎學金生在學期間（不含寒暑假）因個人原因離開中國時間超過15天者，停發離華期間生活費。

獎學金生因個人原因休學、退學或受接收院校紀律處分者，停發自休學、退學或接到處分通知之日起的生活費。

畢（結）業生的生活費發放至學校确定的畢（結）業日期後的半個月。

4.綜合醫療保險費參照中國教育部來華留學有關規定執行，由學校統一購買，标準為800元人民币/年/人。

 

Appendix 2

International Chinese Language Teachers(Confucius Institute) Scholarship

Coverage and Criteria

 

The Confucius Institute Scholarship provides full coverage on tuition fee, accommodation fee, living allowance and comprehensive medical insurance expenses.

1.Tuition fee is under the overall planning and utilization of University to provide teaching and management of scholarship students organizing cultural and social activities, as well as organizing Chinese language proficiency tests. Tuition fee does not cover the textbook expenses and tourist tickets.

2.Accommodation fee is under the overall planning and utilization of GDUFS to provide students with in-campus apartments (usually double rooms). Students may also live off-campus upon application and getting permission from University. Students who live off-campus are entitled to accommodation allowance of 700 CNY per person/month paid on a monthly / quarterly basis from University.

3. Living allowance is granted by University on a monthly basis. The monthly allowance is 3,000 CNY per person.

Students are required to complete enrollment procedures for every semester within stipulated period; otherwise, their scholarship may be cancelled. Students who are enrolled before the 15th (or on the 15th) of the month are entitled to the full allowance of that month while those enrolled after the 15th of that month are only entitled to half of the amount.

During the study period, for any student who is absent from China due to personal reasons for more than 15 days (excluding winter and summer holidays), the allowance during absence will be suspended.

For students who suspend study or drop out of school for personal reasons, or who are given disciplinary punishment by the University, allowance will be terminated on the date of such suspension, dropping out or when the decision of such punishment is announced.

The living allowance for the month of graduation will be granted half a month after the date of graduation or expiration day of the study confirmed by University.

4.Comprehensive medical insurance is purchased by the University in accordance with relevant regulations of studying in China stipulated by the Ministry of Education of China. Insurance fee per person is 800 CNY per year for students engaged in program longer than one academic year.
